At Magic Pony Books, we do things a little differently. Because we’re not some faceless warehouse. We’re a tiny, human-run studio powered by coffee, courage, and two slightly unhinged Siberian cats. 🐾 Every order is packed with care and love, and we want you to feel the magic from the moment it lands in your hands.

Orders placed on magicponybooks.com are shipped directly from Magic Pony HQ in Singapore. Orders ship out every Wednesday & Friday.

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍

Shipping is charged per book based on actual Singapore Post rates (which are honestly a bit pricey—sorryy). We’re working on making global distribution more affordable in the future, but until then, thank you for understanding and supporting small indie publishing.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs, and your local postal service. For rough estimates, you can check SingPost’s delivery guide.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a custom-designed, eco-friendly cardboard mailer—snug enough to hold 1 to 4 books safely, with no need for plastic or bubble wrap.

It’s fully recyclable, designed with love, and printed with white ink just for Magic Pony. Because saving the planet should still feel a little magical. ✨

Returns & refunds

We want you to be delighted—but since many of our products are limited-edition or made to order, all sales are final unless:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Goes missing in the mail

If that happens, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and original packaging
  • Your order number

Non-refundable

  • ❌ eBooks or digital downloads 
    • Once downloaded
  • ❌ Change-of-mind purchases
  • ❌ Incorrect orders due to customer input
    • E.g. wrong address

Orders via 3rd party retailers

If you purchased The Magic Crystal through Amazon, IngramSpark, or a bookstore, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly.
